Gina Cargile, Hypnosis/Trauma Model Therapy

Gina Cargile is a Certified Trauma Therapist through the Ross Institute and a Certified Hypnotist with the National Guild of Hypnotists. She is also a Certified Practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Psychology) through The International Institute for Humanistic Neuro-Linguistic Psychology, and received her B.A. from the University of Oregon in 1993.

Gina provides counseling and healing work to help people discover the root of what causes their anxiety, depression, difficult relationships, parenting struggles…or whatever it is that is preventing them from living a happy, healthy, and stimulating life. Her holistic approach involves a range of methods, from understanding and explaining the fundamentals of interpersonal neuro-biology, to using hypnosis and energetic healing. She may also employ specific techniques such as writing exercises, reiki, chakra healing, mindfulness training, or by practicing alignment for beneficial mind-body connection and healthy neuro-pathways.

“I can teach you how to recognize old patterns and to adjust your thought processes for new and more positive outcomes. Instead of just listening and giving feedback, I’ll show you how to know when you’re triggered and techniques to uncross negative wiring. Together we can target specific limiting beliefs, work on those for a handful of sessions, and then move to the next area that is creating difficulty in daily life. I use methodologies like hypnosis as a means to access those deeply held beliefs, wiring and stories from a deeper, more subconscious level.”
